- Posting about COVID – this includes updates from suppliers, even if you sell them. It is not your job to give COVID or supplier updates. It is your job to inspire and sell.
- Posting prices, promotions, and special discounts. Price centric content attracts price centric clients.
- Not having clarity in your bio – can people tell from reading it who exactly you serve and if you are the right fit for them?

- Not showing any expertise in destinations or experiences. Why would someone choose you over the internet booking engines if you can’t show them that you know what you’re doing?
- Posting content that is not travel-related or doesn’t build KLT (know, like and trust)
- Posting low-quality pictures (resolution, lighting, focus)
- Tagging people
- Posting without engaging- social media is a conversation, not a post and hope situation
- Being inconsistent – you need to post once per day, every day. Quality content is king. Consistency is queen.
