Introduction

Hello everyone! My name is Hurdis and I am a Business Owner of an Accredited Online Travel Agency which is H. D. 3 6 5 Travel LLC. My Agency and I are CCRA & CLIA Members and have been extending Travel Agency Services since 2024; however, I have been Certified as an Online Travel Agent since 2022. I am very excited to be in this group because the discussion I have read so far are closely related to the questions I have. I will like to include a short video of my Luxury Travel Division and comments are welcomed.

No because I am my own marketing manager. My basic duties include: 1. Social Media management including Facebook, Facebook groups, and Instagram. Posts, videos, reels, images. Engaging with community. 2. Email management including email automation, setting up sales funnels, drip campaigns, and newsletters. 3. Website development and creating content for blog and pages. Develop landing pages and forms. Optimize site using SEO ant EEAT. 4. Optimize and maintain Google Business Profile. 5. Build the brand. 6. Increase sales conversion rate. 7. Meet people and build real relationships.

I’m also an independent agency owner with a few IC’s. I have an IATA number and joined Travel Leaders as my consortia.
